At LINZ in Christchurch, we are very happy with the service provided by MMS. We have noticed a big improvement from the previous contractors. The building looks really clean and our cleaner goes the extra mile to make sure that everything is cleaned and ready for the following day when staff are on the floor. The cleaning is superior and we find MMS very reliable. We are very pleased with this. As per usual each year we had MMS attend all Anzac memorial sites at silly o’clock on the day of the services to check for Graffiti and unfortunately this year it wasn’t in vain as they found graffiti at War Memorial in Riddiford, Bracken St, Stokes Valley and even Eastbourne. All removed before anyone was aware or attended. Thanks to Anthony and his team @ MMS for going that extra mile which isn’t requested/stated in the Contract.

On behalf of the Wainuiomata Historical Museum Society I would like to thank you for your generous donation of time and materials to clean the gutters of the Wainuiomata Historical Museum on Sat 19th February. I know from personal experience what a task cleaning these gutters manually from the top of a ladder is like, so I really appreciate your company taking on the task. The large task of cleaning Caves house and buildings within the reserve have not just been finished but completed to a high standard completing the large scope of works successfully. All communications we’re concise and work procedures displayed to a high level of professionalism allowing this project to have been completed successfully with minimal interruptions or issues and all requests were meet. MMS Group were very proactive, responsive, and professional in all areas of undertaking the contract, including in dealings with HCC, consulting engineers, and members of the public. Over the course of the contract, the scope of the contract was widened, and several unforeseen difficulties and challenges arose. MMS group dealt with these quickly, pragmatically, and efficiently, resulting in very little inconvenience and disruption to either HCC or the public.

This crew worked tirelessly to complete their allotted tasks, including coping painting at Albury and Henty; coping grinding and painting at Culcairn and The Rock. Every minute of the 3 day possession was needed to finish all this work and I cannot praise these guys highly enough for their efforts”

I have personally found that MMS have been fantastic in their attention to detail, work outputs, and quality are fantastic. MMS are very responsive and willing to change work programming and practices with no fuss. This was recently evidenced when, through a change in South Australian traffic management practices, MMS were not compliant. Immediately steps were put in place to rectify the issue and completed within the day. From a contract managers perspective, I can highly recommend MMS.

Please thank your cleaners. I must say the cleaners you have at Otahuhu are so amazing. Every time I visit that station, they are ALWAYS keeping themselves busy and always cleaning and that station is one of the cleneast stations on the entire network. Please thank them for the great work they are doing for AOR.
