MANAGING DIRECTOR

As owner and founder of MMS Group, Wayne’s experience and success in running a multi-faceted business is demonstrated by the company’s continued success nearly 25 years later. Wayne’s foresight, drive and motivation has seen the company grow from a single person operation to a group organisation operating across two countries.

 

Rachel Boyle

ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

Rachel has been a pivotal part of the company since its inception. She has accrued 15 years’ experience in designing and implementing administrative processes and procedures in line with company growth cycles. She ensures a solid balance is kept between company operations and resourcing, contract specifications and client satisfaction.

OPERATIONS MANAGER, WELLINGTON
Anthony first joined MMS Group in 2010 and brings with him over 10 years of experience within the Facilities Maintenance industry and sector. With this unrivalled knowledge, Anthony is a very valuable asset to MMS and completes all work to contract specifications.

CONTRACTS ADVISOR, NEW ZEALAND
Maria has been with MMS Group since 2012 and during her time has held a number of varied roles. Since early 2018, she has worked as Operations Administrator for our MEP and HVAC Contract with AT and AOR, overseeing daily operations, scheduling works and managing our simPRO system.

Jessica specialises in contract and tender administration, with experience bidding for facilities maintenance contracts across a variety of sectors. With a positive and passionate approach, Jessica provides support and assistance in administrative processes and new business development at MMS Group New Zealand and Australia.

GROUP HSEQ MANAGER
Mohammed is an influential leader with a significant impact on defining and delivering Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental strategy in alignment with MMS Group goals. His expertise and commitment to excellence makes him a valuable asset, consistently driving safety behaviours and ownership, quality, and legislative compliance forward, promoting a culture of excellence across MMS Group New Zealand and Australia.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Mark brings 20 years of experience working in administrative support across New Zealand. Celine's role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of processes and promoting inter-departmental synergy. As the linchpin of contractual processes, Celine bridges the gap between on-ground operations and managerial decision making, ensuring the contract proceeds as planned.

Manideep is our dedicated Project Manager, based in Auckland. His primary strength lies in his ability to meticulously oversee projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines and budget constraints, all the while efficiently managing sub-trades. Manideep plays an integral role in supporting the project management team.

Maggie specialises in finance management, cash flow, and forecasting. With 15 years' experience, she brings vital knowledge to the role of Senior Finance Manager. Maggie's responsibilities span financial infrastructure including team management, supplier management, and performance evaluation.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR
Pumi is an experienced Quantity Surveyor in the NZ Construction industry, boasting a remarkable track record of successfully contributing to large and intricate projects including Britomart Appendix 26. Her expertise spans a wide range of essential skills, including a mastery of industry-standard software such as Cost X, AutoCAD, and BIM360.

With more than 30 years of experience, Craig brings a solid understanding of firm establishment including financial and operational management. His history demonstrates his capacity for corporate growth, reinvention, and innovation. Craig oversees all operations of the business while also enhancing productivity and departmental revenues.

He is adept at balancing a clear vision for the project in dynamic environments.

Yogi boasts an impressive 20-year tenure in the industry, underlining his extensive experience in facilities management. He is a highly qualified professional with electro-mechanical technology and electrical engineering expertise. In his role, Yogi is tasked with ensuring that the technical facets of projects seamlessly align with organisational goals.

CONTRACT MANAGER, QUEENSLAND
Alan brings 30+ years’ knowledge and experience to MMS Group Australia. He has extensive experience in complex environments and is highly skilled in numerous areas including industrial painting (qualified NACE Inspector), construction, health and safety, customer liaison, and contract management.
